5 Ways to Find (or Maintain) Hope
Sometimes it’s hard to stay hopeful, but we must fight on. Here are five ways to find (or maintain) hope when life is challenging.
1. Take on a small project that gives you a sense of accomplishment.
2. Seek out good news so you focus less on the bad news.
3. Write down the things that you’re grateful for.
4. Try a meditative hobby like art journaling or riding a bike.
5. Do something! Volunteer. Join a group. Be a part of something.
