What does it look like to fully try?

To do literally everything in your power to make that secret dream of yours become a reality.

To go so big that you feel a little bit cringy.

But that’s okay. Because being a little bit cringy means you were willing to be seen trying.

And yes, most people sit on their couch swiping through social media silently judging…

But how incredible would it be if you had the courage, beautiful human, to actually fully commit and do that wild, wonderful thing that lights your soul on fire.

Here’s how:

1. Take time to understand your dreams, desires, and goals.

Reflect on what truly matters to you and what you’re passionate about. This self-awareness is the foundation for your journey.

2. Define your EPIC goals.

Clarity in your goals will help you stay focused and motivated.

EPIC goals are essential, purpose-driven, identifiable, and clearly defined. Answer these quick questions to get started:

Is this absolutely necessary right now?

Does it align with the purpose I’ve established?

Can I easily identify what meeting the goal looks like?

Do I know exactly when to do it and for how long?

3. Embrace vulnerability and let go of the fear of judgment.

The only way to achieve the things you want is to commit to trying.

4. Take action.

Break your goals into smaller, manageable steps and start taking them one at a time. Whether it’s starting a project, networking, or learning new skills, consistent action is essential.

5. Find support.

Don’t be afraid to seek support from friends, mentors, or communities that share your interests. Surrounding yourself with people who encourage and uplift you can help you overcome challenges and stay motivated.
