If exercise is not already a routine for you, do your best to get some kind of movement for at least 30 minutes every single day.
This can be a solid gym session or a lunchtime walk. Or if you’re feeling funky, put on a playlist and have a 30-minute dance break.
You will find that it’s good for both your mental and physical health, helping you to release endorphins and reset from being scrunched over a computer all day.
Best of all, you don’t have to do it all at once. Split it up throughout the day with three 10-minute intervals if you can’t do a full half-hour.
