This week has been good. Like actually good.

But also… whew. I’m tired.

So instead of a deep message, I’m just gonna tell you five little things that brought me joy:

1. A long phone call with my Aunt Shirley.

It’s been decades since we had real one-on-one time.
There’s something beautiful about talking to your auntie as a grown-up.

You can speak from the heart without the filter.

We laughed. I cried a little. It felt like home.

2. This one song I’ve had on repeat.

His voice is haunting in the best way. Like sunshine peaking through a cloudy day.

3. Moving furniture at midnight.

I’ve lived in this apartment for four months and it’s only just now starting to feel like mine.

Last night I rearranged the living room and dining area. Mopped the floors. Vacuumed. Peace came and sat with me for a while.

4. Digging up old art and breathing new life into it.

I saw a TikTok that said: “If they’ve never seen it before, it’s not old.” And whew. That permission. That perspective shift.

I’m pulling some of my favorite pieces out of the archive.

5. I’m proud of this workshop I built.

Launch Your Damn Newsletter Already is live. And it’s… really good.

The lecture turned out better than I expected.

The ebook is 20 pages of everything I wish someone gave me when I was starting out.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign—this might be it.
