The Weekly Reset is an inspirational newsletter that encourages creative people to live a happier and healthier life.

Something to read: This article details Bruce Lee’s profound philosophy of life. Growing up a martial arts fanatic and being a black belt in TaKwondo, this has extra special meaning for me. But the part that resonates is being like water and embracing the obstacle instead of fighting it.

Something to watch: I watched Jerrod Carmichael’s new special on HBOMax and it was so raw and real and human. I loved it. It’s not a perfect story tied up in a bow, but an authentic experience of watching someone work through their family history and a life of secrets. Here’s an interview from NPR that delves deeper.

A SoCurious NFT Update: Here’s why I’m releasing the SoCurious NFT collection. I want to build a new type of media company. My goal is to create impactful content that amplifies POC and LGBT voices. Newsletters. Podcasts. Video. All on a curated site that helps creators do what they do best… create.

A podcast to listen to: Dawnie Marie launched a new podcast called Living Swindled. I joined her on the first episode to chat about how 90s TV created unrealistic dating expectations.

Someone to follow:@newhappyco’s instagram account is visualizing the philosophy of happiness in the most interesting ways.

Something interesting:Tattoo machines could revolutionize vaccination because they deliver shots better than a syringe. Mind blown!
