Give Yourself permission to pause and feel

Don’t run away from the negativity. Instead, schedule time to let yourself feel.

As negative emotions pop up, write them down. And then spend twenty minutes reviewing the list. Get angry. Get annoyed. Get upset. Then crumble up the piece of paper and throw it away.  

Your problems won’t disappear, but by allowing yourself to feel the feelings your perspective might change for the better.
