freshly cleaned vacuum

by | Uncategorized

This morning, I cleaned out my vacuum. (Stay with me—I promise this is going somewhere.)

I opened it up, and gross.

It was full—dust, hair, all the little things that had been quietly piling up. It was doing its job, collecting everything in its path, never stopping to clear itself out. And suddenly, I saw myself in that vacuum.

For so long, I’ve been doing the work—showing up, holding space, creating, pouring into others. But even the healers, the givers, the ones who carry light in times of darkness… we need a reset too.

The past six months have been exactly that for me.

I’ve been healing. Processing. Letting myself sit with the hurt I’ve carried along the way instead of just powering through it.

And now? I feel ready.

Ready to step into this next season with a full heart, a clear mind, and the energy to do what I’m here to do. To create, to share, to remind you (and myself) that joy is the revolution.

So if you’ve been running on empty, take this as your permission slip. Clear out the dust. Take the time you need. And when you’re ready—really ready—step forward knowing that the world needs you, but you need you first.

With love and a freshly cleaned vacuum,
Justin

The fight isn’t over.  The world is still heavy. The work is still demanding.  But in the middle of it all, we survive by refusing to let it steal our joy. If committing to your own joy and healing is selfish—then be f*cking selfish. It’s necessary....
