Hi, I’m Justin Shiels. I’ve worked with big brands, launched multiple creative businesses, and learned (sometimes the hard way) what actually works. Now, I’m handing you the shortcut—helping you navigate the uncertainty with clarity, courage, and creativity.
Over the last 15 years, I’ve worn many hats:
Graphic designer, web designer, art director, and eventually creative director in advertising.
Founder of an independent branding + web design studio.
Creator of profitable side hustles, from a local culture magazine to a conference for creative entrepreneurs.
Published author of The Reset Workbook (Penguin Random House).
But here’s the truth: behind the highlight reel, I’ve faced crippling self-doubt, burnout, and the fear of not knowing if I could make enough money to keep going. I know what it feels like to be stuck in the cycle of “Is this really working?”
